Which begs the question. What tickled the tape feed suppression extension lever? It just sort of sits there at the base.

One of these is NOT a regular M14 TD and will NOT be usable for normal TTY use. 

The TT-21/FG (item 192647583372) has the special distributor used with the 131B2 two-tape crypto device (SIGTOT/PYTHON) - FYI the TT-21/FG distributor diagram is here -

The TT-21/FG also operates slightly faster (420rpm) than a normal M14TD so that it can stop/start a key tape to synchronize with the text tape.

 

If what you want is a TT-21/FG, then go ahead and bid on it. But if you want a regular M14 TD, please leave this one to those of us foolish enough to want to build a 131B2 device.
