[GreenKeys] Machine speed and VFDs

I have used a Hitachi VF drive for several years with no problems, during the experimental stage I first used a gear set for 100 wpm and showed the motor down to 60 wpm and noticed that the motor got warmer than normal probably not a big deal, but something to think about. I ten switch to 60wpm gears and increased the frequency to run the machine (ASR28) at 100 wpm, worked fine, and cured the motor heating.  I run it that way all the time just for demo, I worry that I may be exceeding the rated speed of the gears since now the motor is now running a 6000 rpm, nylon gears are usually rated in IPS,  anyone know what the rating is?
