[GreenKeys] M28 type box vertical alignment

Have you found page 129 or so of BSP 573-115-700TC available at 
navy-radio.com?  I don't know that it will help, but it shows the an 
older style of type box carriage.  Maybe the bottom roller is not tight 
enough to the track?
