[GreenKeys] RTTY Roundup Electromechanical Overlay for 2019

hi Russ - I consulted with W5DT and his feeling was to drop it, so I asked
ARRL/QST to remove it. In hindsight perhaps it would have been better to
poll this group about it. I apologize for not doing that.

That said, if you submit your results for 2019 using the 2018 overlay, that
goes to me, and I won't ignore it! Please do also send me your story/notes
for the results article. I'll send out details before and after the contest.

The overlay last year was promoted here, in facebook groups, and was
mentioned in QST on the contest announcement page. That's about all you can
do with no ad budget. ;)

And I'm afraid very little in the way of contest results gets printed in
QST these days. The overlay results do appear in the online full results on
page 4:

ARRL is often quite slow in getting plaques done. You can always contact
w9jj at arrl.org to find out the status.
