That does bring back fond memories.  It was about 1971 or 72 that I saw 
one of Van's adds in QST or 73.  I ordered a 32KSR with internal loop 
supply from him.  As I recall,  the price was $200.  It had to be 
shipped by bus which took forever!  I do wish I still had that 32KSR.  I 
have looked for one for quite a while now.  There seem to be a lot of 
32ASR's but a KSR seems to be as rare as hen's teeth...well, almost.

I never saw the Tiny Mite he had listed.  That would have been ideal for 
me back then.  I learned about them later and as I recall, the 
reputation was not good as they seemed to be quite finicky.
