[GreenKeys] Identify TU?

Good evening all,

I spent days on google (really duckduckgo)trying to find docs on this. 
Looked through a bunch of RTTY Journals of that vintage.  (Boy that Hoff 
guy wrote a lot of stuff).  Checked QST archives and 73.  Can't get to 
CQ archives without buying a DVD I guess.  Ham Radio can't be found.

Vintage early 60s.  I used this on 2 meters.  Apparently I later used it 
to receive on HF since it appears I had a switch (no longer there) and 
capacitor to get 170 or 850 shift copy.

Not sure it's worth saving, but it has sentimental value.  Looks like I 
robbed a pot from it somewhere along the line.

As near as I can tell the full text on the lower right corner is "T-R 
Teletype converter".  The toroid pretty much covers what I think is T-R.

There's a logo of some sort between the toroids.  I have a better 
picture of just that if you think it will help.
