[GreenKeys] Leaving ASR-33 powered on...?

Maybe it was different with the 32, but the 28KSR that was the TV 
station's TWX machine didn't crank up the motor until the data set 
decided it had been rung up and received a good signal.  Then the motor 
started and the answer-back was triggered.  The messages were usually 
from CBS New York with program schedule changes.

Sometimes it would wake up as I was doing the sign off routine and I'd 
sit there and watch at how different it was from my model15.  Yes, I had 
to have one.  Took me about 5 or 6 years.
