This is from an "Electronic Industries" magazine, of February, 1959.
(That is what it says under the whited-out area on the top of the
picture. I know because I'm the one who wrote it there! KLI had a lot
of ads in EI around that time. I found them and provided them to Ron
Boltz at RATTRIG.COM.)
There was some discussion about this high speed reperf before. I think
everyone decided that it must have been a prototype to see if the Signal
Corps was interested, but apparently not. Or it could have been "Vaporware".

Note in this picture, the KLI logo of the previous picture has been
covered up with a Signal Corps logo. The Navy didn't seem to mind
having the "Teletype" and logos on their equipment, but for some reason,
the Signal Corps didn't like to see manufacturer's names on theirs.
