One source is Antique Electronic Supply, www.tubesandmore.com  They have
a 40uF 500V capacitor for $12.98 which seems kinda high.  Of course a 500V
capacitor will work fine as a replacement for a 350V capacitor.  They also
have JJ Electronics 47uF 500V for $5.24 which would serve perfectly well
for your need.  They have a dual 50/50 uF at 500V for $7.26 but it's not
axial leads.  And many more that I haven't looked at.
