[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 15/19 motor going bad?... repair???

Assuming that's an AC synch motor there are small parts associated with the starting winding switch that could have come apart.  I worked on one where part of the centrifugal switch was held together by tiny hairpin clips that had broken.  You'd have to pull the endbell back to examine that.
