I would totally do trips if I could… but with kids, jobs, lack of storage, money, the wife, location, etc., there is no way I can go anywhere to take a whole stash of everything Teletype :*0 . I wish I could - maybe later in life, but as of right now, I’m kind’a stuck ;o . Only way I can do anything right now is to do it by bits and pieces - to complete my 19… no profit intended :) ~

I would have driven up in a heartbeat to Oregon to help Pete and out east to help some of these other guys who've posted similar things the past year or so, but it's been an impossibility. However, next year may just work out for something like this. I can't say for sure yet, but I would love to try. If I could make it work, I'd be willing to distribute some of the machines I don't plan on keeping for myself in exchange for gas money. Though with two little boys coming with me and a limited time window on this trip, I can't go very far out of the way. I'm not sure this will happen, but I'm looking into it as a possibility. The best ~2 week window I have is right before Independence Day.

Most of those who inquired have asked that I 'keep in touch'. The problem is for me trying to keep track of "who did what to who and who got the two dollars", so to speak. There were inquiry(s) from individuals who appear to be looking for 'stock' for their 'stores'. I think the most fair way would be for all to post their responses openly on the Forum, that way there can be cooperation arranging pickup (e.g., after Hamfest?). I feel uncomfortable 'picking' or designating the person who gets the lot. Please work it out among yourselves. My interest is getting this equipment to those who will appreciate and use it. It was never my intention that this material be used for monetary gain. Granted, once it is out of my hands, I don't have much say in the matter. Make sense ? Doc Bill W8NTZ
