[GreenKeys] Live TTY Broadcasts

It was so late this morning when I sent this that I forgot to mention a
couple key points:

First, this probably isn't very exciting for most on the list who have the
REAL RTTY equipment and transmit over actual radio, but since I cannot yet
count myself among the license-holding amateur radio enthusiasts, and since
my audience would be small to nonexistent even if I had the license and
proper equipment, I figure why not do it online to start and set up a radio
broadcast later once I have all I need to do so.

Second, the video was just what my Macbook's webcam was pointed at, which
happened to be the bottom of my server/network rack. Real broadcasts will
at least show the teletype live in operation if not something else more
interesting.

Third, for those interested in the technical side, the teletype current
loop is connected to my USB interface, which actually translates the
signals into plain ASCII text as it hands it off to the Raspberry Pi
(sorry, I know that may offend the purist within, but it was technically
easier to do it this way). I enter a BROADCAST command on the teletype, and
it automatically starts fldigi in transmit mode, kicks off an audio stream
from fldigi to my Icecast server, kicks off ffmpeg to transcode the audio
stream from fldigi and a video stream from a camera (or some other source)
to YouTube, and then starts sending whatever text comes through the current
loop to fldigi in realtime; fldigi modulates the text into RTTY FSK and
sends the audio in the previously mentioned streams. When an "NNNN" is
transmitted, the Raspberry Pi stops transmitting and shuts down fldigi,
ffmpeg, and the Icecast stream, and shuts down the teletype.

Anyway, hopefully this will be enjoyable for at least a few; it certainly
is for me. I will post details about the live broadcast schedule sometime
in the next few weeks.
