[GreenKeys] Teletype oil

Velocite is designed for high speed and tight tolerance applications, so
it's probably not ideal. And synthetic engine oil probably does a good
enough job and costs much less.
That being said, I've used Velocite spindle oil on teletypes before and it
worked fine w/ no ill effects observed. But they only see occasional use. I
also use it on other mechanical things such as Selectric typewriters to
good effect. It will not harden, low volatility, and has excellent creep
and cling.
