I got caught by one of these a few weeks back. Fortunately PayPal and eBay took care of it. 
That was *not* on the same item or from the same seller. It was very similar: 

….. hmmm …. seller with one feedback as a seller ….

…… hmmm … really crazy low price on the item with lots of them to sell ….

……..hmmm ….. generic listing information ( in this case Element 14’s listing )

Yes, it *could* be real. I’d bet at least half a warm beer that it’s a scam.
