[GreenKeys] Teletype oil

I am bothered by the term "motor oil" in this thread. Surely,
what Teletype offered was "machine oil". Motor oil is used in
automobile and other engines. It has special ingredients to keep
its viscosity constant with temperature, detergents, other
ingredients, and may not be suitable as machine oil.
High quality machine oil is available from many sources such
as Kano Labs as Microil and lowly 3 in One in the _blue_ can,
both about SAE 20. Of course it would be useful to know just what
the authentic KS oil was.
