well, ok, but airline baggage handling is an entirely different class of
destructive power. They can probably smash an atom if they try.

A model 15 is *almost* indestructible. If you check on e as baggage (back in
the day that
was free) *and* don’t bother to wrap or package it in any way … the airline
just might crack
the baseplate. I have empirical data on this. My only excuse was that I just
couldn’t pass up
the deal on the way to the airport.
