[GreenKeys] Vintage teletypes free to good home(s)

Hello,

I am trying to find a good home for some vintage teletypes. These would
make a fine addition to any collection.

They are free for anyone who wants to pick them up or otherwise arrange
transportation from the Los Angeles area.

Be aware that these items are heavy and fragile so shipping may be
expensive.


Items available are:

Teletype Model 14 - a military version
Teletype Model 15 - once used by Western Union

These two machines are inoperative and may need significant repairs to ever
print again. Best for display or spare parts.

There is a small Teletype re-transmitter for passively sending paper tape
messages. I haven't seen this actually work but it looks to be in good
shape.

And finally,

I have two teletype ASR 33's.
I can attest that both were functional when they were put into storage some
15 years ago.
There is a fair chance that they can be made to work pretty easily with
proper cleaning and lubrication.

For anyone taking the ASR33's, I will throw in an original manual set, TTY
paper, and TTY paper tape.
