[GreenKeys] model 15 type alignment

I don't know much about Teletype machines but on a typewriter
it could be the type head is out of alignment. If the heads are
soldered in placed it may be that its moved or was never
installed correctly. I would think any other misalignment would
be evident to visual inspection, for instance the length of the
type bar from the hinge at the comb to the center of the type face.
