[GreenKeys] John Nagle's USB <-> 60 mA loop board - Update

The particular CP2102 breakout board used in John's design has a configuration program that allows you to select a baud rate for incoming data from the USB port to be converted to just about any baud rate you desire on the serial output side. And the baud rate you choose works in the other direction as well, so serial input at 45 baud (if that's what you configured) is converted to the standard rate you modified during configuration.  By convention I'd suggest everyone choose the baud rate John suggests, 600 baud converted to 45 baud.  As John notes in his documentation that baud rate never seemed to be used anyway.

John used this same methodology on his previous solution as well, although it was an outboard "dongle" in that design.

I've used multiples of the first design and completed one of the new design boards at the first of the year and used it extensively at a ham radio exposition in January to send and receive text messages with a TTY.  I was using John's BaudotRSS program to do this.  Much easier to use this small device versus a big loop supply and serial to loop adapter.
