[GreenKeys] John Nagle's USB <-> 60 mA loop board - Update

Hi Eric,

They will work with 15 & 19.

I read the post from John earlier today regarding the issue if there is 
a filter attached to the teleprinter it is causing issues.

I don't have a filter to try it out for myself, but from what I 
understand it will just be a matter of adding an extra resistor to the 
offending SSR, so that it requires more current to turn on. I don't know 
how many filters are installed in model 15/19's etc.. Now the issue has 
been discovered we can make changes to compensate.
