[GreenKeys] Frequency deviations in Continental Europe including impact on electric clocks steered by frequency

Teleprinters in Germany are fitted 99.9% with governed motors so they do
not care for any
mains frequency change.

All masterclock systems and even most private clocks (from wristwatches
over alarmclocks
to station clocks)
are controlled by a DCF77 time standard signal meanwhile.
Controlled by the atomic clock in Braunschweig and transmitted on longwave
77.5 kHz
from near Frankfurt/Main.
