[GreenKeys] Frequency deviations in Continental Europe including impact on electric clocks steered by frequency

Hi

Crazy as it sounds, a 1% drop in line frequency for a day will put your clock 
off by a bit more than 14 minutes. That’s a big deal if you are depending on 
the alarm clock. Not so big a deal if you have stop bits in your signaling code
( which is one very good reason they are there ….)
