This Dutch Navy museum ship needs help getting their Sagem TX20 going,
hooking up a loop supply, and/or hooking up a computer for demo purposes. I
have explained the need for a current loop and forwarded a link to a URA-17
manual, but they need some local help.

Sir,

I am a former PO-comms (dutch navy), and am trying to get the radiocabin to
work on former minesweeper HNLMS Naaldwijk.

Both the receiver and the URA17 work as they should and are tuned as
needed, but I'm not getting any DC output at the TTY output connector.

As the telex we're having is inoperable, I want to receive signals on a
laptops com port.

Naaldwijk equip today:

1 Racal 137 LF Adapter / 1 Racal RA17 MF/HF RX / 1 AN/URA17 / 1 vanderHeem
HFO 01-00 HF RX / 1 vanderHeem HZO 01-00 100W HF TRX / 1 Sagem TX20 telex
