[GreenKeys] Loop power supplies

If you look through the pics on this item there are two pictures that show
an adjustment knob on the right.  The other pics only show an adjustment
knob on the left.  Is the right knob to adjust current and which model do
you really get if you order this.  Not planning on getting one myself, but
anyone that is might want to clarify with seller.

Mine will adjust considerably higher than 120vdc, and puts out enough
current to run a couple of loops and the M19 tape punch at the same time.
