If you do not mind a slight build, mostly just putting the items in a box, look on ebay for some of the boost converters. They are less than $ 10 shipped from China. Get a wall cube of 12 to 20 volts of 1 to 2 amps and feed them and you can get out the voltages you want. You will need a resistor of around 2000 ohms and 10 or 20 watts. I have built one a while back just to see if it would work, It does the job.
Once adjusted to the output voltage, it stays very close when the input voltage is varied over a large range.
Be careful of them even though you only put 12 volts in, the output can be deadly. They light up a 60 watt light bulb very bright.
This is one similar to what I have used. It is only good for 90 volts, but seems to work well.

Here is a higher voltage one.

Subject: [GreenKeys] Loop power supplies
For those of you who have aftermarket ~120-150v DC power supplies for your loops, can you share where you got them? If something is commercially available at a reasonable price, I will elect that route, but I'm still interested in custom designs. I've read of a very simple one I may try if nothing else.
I have an original 20ma loop power supply built into my Model 19 table, but I'd like to get more compact versions for mobility's sake. Plus I'd like to be able to operate more than one loop at a time.
I've been doing research on regulated supplies from parts stores like DigiKey, Jameco, and Mouser, but there's unfortunately not much that meets the necessary criteria that I've been able to find. Acopian makes more obscurely voltaged supplies like this, but not for less than $200.
Thanks much.
