Simple Green from the orange store (not sure if that stuff is industrial grade or not) is simply fantastic. Just make sure you don't soak painted part longer than an hour or two - the paint will flake of.
Any soap-based cleaner, especially warmed up, will clean oily areas. Greasy areas and parts, you probably like to stick with Simple Green.

Cleaning metal parts on a 15 or 19… I’ve seen some suggest Simple Green (I assume it’s not the industrial version if Simple Green... I hope). I’ve also seen some suggest kerosene. What else is out there???
