Definitely AU (and our Kiwi sheep-lovers over the ditch).  Going by the 
the size of the earth pin, they seem to be 15A (not all that common, being 
industrial etc), not 10A (domestic).

A useful (but illegal) device is a 10A plug wired to a 15A socket for a 
light-duty comms caravan :-)  Hey, did I really write that?
