Thanks for all the suggestions (military type, twist-locks, aviation, etc.)
I have a bunch of military gear that uses the circular connectors, and also
TMC and Teletype gear that uses the small twist-locks with center ground
pin. Unfortunately, I can't find any of the old angled-blade type that
showed up M15s and M19s.
Jerry Murphy suggested the small L5-15 15A/125V twist lock (3 wire/2pole).
The Hubbell 4700 is a duplex receptacle so I can use several of those in an
outlet box (or maybe replace the standard type in an outlet strip).

I don't think any of my TMC or military gear has that style twist-lock
connectors.
The duplex receptacle is like $30 from an electrical supply house, but eBay
turned up some for $6-7 including shipping, so that is what I am going to
try. I'll paint them red just as a warning. I'll let you know how it works
out.
Of course, having ordered these, I will immediately come across a source of
the old-style Teletype angled-blade types!
Yep - I just spotted some!

Thanks for all the friendly and helpful advice - what a great list....
