Well it seems like after the AT&T breakup the new company AT&T II was
being run by a bunch of guys who had no idea what business they were in.
They bought NCR, they sold NCR.  They bought some media company and sold
it.  They agreed to the breakup so they could keep Western Electric,
and then they spun it off.  And various other things they bought and
sold until they were bought by SW Bell and became AT&T III.
