[GreenKeys] When you can't listen to SW.

First, things are pretty dead here because I'm west of a 5,000'
mountain range. Then, I'm in a condo complex and the antenna I
string up (when no one is around) is beneath the roof level.
I've tried listening to the SW bands, but they are pretty dead, too.
