I've deleted a lot of these, so, forgive me if I'm repeating something here...
Any bulb sold in the US should be FCC Part 15 compliant, but since this is more of a "voluntary" standard (you won't get caught unless someone complains), I imagine a lot of the cheaper ones get a Part 15 sticker w/o any testing whatsoever. Also, even if a device is truly Part 15 compliant, that's no guarantee that a sensitive receiver won't be interfered with.
If you have an application for an LED bulb, but are worried about RFI, there are LED bulbs made for garage door openers that have additional filtering. Turns out that a lot of LED / CFL bulbs will interfere with the garage door opener operation... One added feature of LED bulbs that I haven't seen mentioned here is that they are vibration resistant.
