Probably best to have the paint company use their gadgetry to match an
existing color.
I don't know of a Pantone chart for Teletype colors.

The current paint spec for Navy electronics equipment for Interior Use is
MIL-E-15090

The paint is called Navy Formula No. 111
The color must match color number 26307 of FED-STD-595
There's a color chart on this page, but who knows what shade your
monitor is displaying.
