[GreenKeys] TT4A - offering $100 for a readable manual

I have just posted a scan (thanks to Google) with much better photos that
the rattrig version.

I think Steve is going to send me his original to scan. I'll try to do a
good job on the photos but it depends on the original's quality.
The manual above is the April 1976 version which states it is a reprint of
the original version plus changes 1 and 2. Sometimes the reprints have poor
photos to start with.
