[GreenKeys] Model 28 printer

The problem is that one of the guys on here sent me the
piece I needed - but a different version - so the
typing unit works - but it either won't do stay-shift-on-space
or down-shift-on-space (I don't remember which). On a positive
note, it is my 28-RO that is hooked up to the computer, which
knows whether it was in LTRS or FIGS before receiving a SPACE,
and will put in the correct code to put it back into FIGS or
LTRS.
