Locktite Freeze and Release Spray is useful. It's penetrating
oil with freeze spray. The sudden freeze changes the dimensions
of the metal enough to get the penetrating oil in.  I had to use
this on a Model 15 which had been oiled with the wrong lubricants
and left for 20 years. Now it's a running machine.
