[GreenKeys] Looking for detailed measurements of a Model 33 Chad Box

All,

  Does anyone happen to have an original Model 33 Chad Box
(http://archive.computerhistory.org/resources/access/physical-object/2008/08
/102688635.01.01.lg.JPG) that they can take detailed measurements off or
even pictures for a few angles with a ruler for a guide?  I have the ability
to 3D print a new transparent one, but for that I need to have a good model
of the box and how it attaches.
