[GreenKeys] TTY lubricants question again

Sorry for dragging this old subject back up but I haven't been successful looking for the info in the message archives.  

Some time not long ago there was a sticky grease recommended for the motor pinion gear that wouldn't sling around.  What was the name of that product?

And for main shaft oil and such, I think synthetic 0-20 motor oil was a recommendation?
