Google told me the following -

TRT (Tropical Radio Telegraph) started life in the early early days as the
old United Fruit Company wireless subsidiary -

They went through various mergers and acquisitions and name changes (TRT
Telecommunications, TRT/FTC Communications, etc.)
They were evidently a competitor of RCA Global in providing telex, etc. as
an IRC (International Record Carrier).
