My plans are for an Arduino connected via USB to one of Eric Volpe's small USB to loop boards to generated my HERE IS at a push of a button.

If my i-Telex receives a FIGS D it does respond with a HERE IS string that is embedded in the system. The string is changeable, there is just no way to transmit it from the baudot keyboard of a 28 (or 15 for that matter). My current answer to a received WRU is 30083 N4TTY.
