[GreenKeys] Another i-Telex subscriber is operational

Just a note to let others know that a new Telex machine has been added to the network. 


You can reach me via 834328  WUTMPAM CHIL, the original Telex number and answerback from
the time when this machine was at the Western Union Regional Office in Cherry Hill, NJ.


This machine is special because it is also a Teletype Model 28 ASR with an under the dome reperf
and an LABD500 for the answerback. 


Most Telex machines in the USA were Teletype Model 32 ASRs.  However, the Western Union management
offices generally used the Siemens T100.  So, this is probably the only Model 28 Telex machine that 
survived to live a new life.

assistance in getting this machine operational and properly configured.
