[GreenKeys] More troubleshooting help requested: CR/LF combination

Hello all,

Sometimes a problem is easily solved after letting it sit overnight and
coming back in the morning with fresh eyes. Turns out that the CR and LF
function levers in my M19 are exactly the same (both are keyed for the CR
signal), which is why both actions are performed when a CR is received, and
also why the LF doesn't operate at all when an LF is received. I'm planning
to order an LF function lever to remedy this so my machines are all uniform.

I should have noticed this when I was comparing the teeth on the function
levers between machines, but for whatever reason I didn't notice that these
two levers' teeth were exactly the same. Probably because it was well past
bedtime.

Still, I'm glad to have sparked a good conversation about congealing "gunk"
sticking hazards and proper oiling etiquette. I'll definitely be reviewing
the documentation that was supplied by our fine members to expand my
knowledge on the subject further.

Thanks to all for your invaluable knowledge and willingness to help out an
amateur, as always.
