[GreenKeys] More troubleshooting help requested: CR/LF combination

As said by Wayne ... congealed grease or oil...

I would be concerned with this, specially with the main shaft and the way
it lubricates from being hollow and 'leaks' oil
as needed.

Both I and another list member have seen the result of what happens when
things freeze to it, not nice.

tearing it down and rebuilding.
