'Fraid not. The punch attachment goes to the right of the keyboard like
the one at:

which is a page printer with punch attachment.

The present bid of UKPound160 seems excessive. I think it's normally
difficult to GIVE the things away. Maybe the optimistic description of
"WW2 Creed 7B teleprinter, home front, SOE. Bletchley park" is to blame.
Nearly all the Creed Model 7s on display at Bletchley Park when I
visited in 2015 were page printer models. There were a few tape punches
and one solitary Teletype.

The one on eBay was probably used in the Post Office Telegram service.
The gummed paper tape was printed out and stuck onto a telegram form for
hand delivery.
