When entering all of the assorted addendums and changes, I purposely 
changed Rice's Entry from "BLACK OPS" to "SECRET OPS".

This change was based on my knowledge of a fellow I worked for who had 
spent over 20 years in the service of the U.S.

He was on record as a plane captain for an A6 Intruder which had been 
involved with a fracas (Sinking) of what I shall call a middle-east 
country's vessel whose actions had dictated the vessel's complete 
washing with an immersion in sea water.

The middle-east country took the issue to the "World Court", an 
organization of foreign clods who will never see the U.S. as being in 
the right.

The owners of the sunken vessel produced some quality photos which 
showed the fuselage card as and the identity of the plane captain of one 
of the aircraft who were preparing the vessel for its well-deserved 
eternal cleansing.

Naturally, the U.S. was found to be "Not Very Nice" and thus guilty.

Fast forward to when the vessel upon which the A6 Intruder squadron was 
based was enduring an extended yard period for refurbishing, such as new 
curtains in the Captain's Cabin, new cordwood for the vessel's lifetime 
steam supply, and other exciting enhancements.

My friend went home one day and there was a black sedan waiting in his 
driveway with black-suited representatives of NSACIAFBI and Homeland 
Security.

These representatives bore the message that my friend was no longer 
allowed to travel to any Middle-Eastern Country nor to any country in 
Europe. The implication was that there had been a gigantic quantity of 
greenbacks set aside for anyone who could provide absolute proof that my 
friend was now at room temperature or less.

My friend was never still, his head always turning to see what might be 
happening in the surrounding forest. He was always packing.

The last I ever heard from him was that he was just completing residency 
in a place reserved for those suffering from serious PTSD.

His last Federal duty station was in Bethesda, Maryland, enduring a 13 
month recovery from being stitched with eight or nine machine-gun 
bullets while serving with a group of gentlemen trained in Super 
Advanced Water Ballet.

I thought it prudent to lessen Dr. Rice's World Impact by changing 
"Black OPS" to "Secret Ops", inasmuch as those seeking retribution
are relentless, and it doesn't take too much effort when you play 
international "Follow The Dots".

Thank YOU Mr. Rice. I did what I thought was best.
