Hello Meir,
Many thanks for positively identifying the RCAF Tx/Rx and especially as you have one.
I thought they looked like Canadian Marconi but having never seen much of their equipment I had no ideas so decided to ask the knowledgeable GKers for help.
Thanks too to Duncan and Bob for their replies.
I wasn’t sure exactly what they were which is why I loosely referred to them as radio units.

They are WW2 vintage Royal Canadian Air Force ATR-5 HF transmitter/receivers and I/C for aircraft; 2 crystal controlled channels for the receiver, 2 crystal controlled channels for the transmitter, 3 to 6.3 MHz, AM only, about 8-10 W output. Manufactured by Canadian Marconi.
I own one in fairly good condition, and have the manual for it.
