Err, how?

     ozzie:~ dave$ host itty.internet-tty.net
     itty.internet-tty.net has address 216.146.39.125

The only redirection would be in your router: 80 => 8000 etc, with a CGI 
redirection from there to "/ITTY".

You can tell me; I am (or was) a network engineer :-)
