NSA's museum has one on display.

Not a very good crypto machine.  William Friedman figured out how to 
break that cypher in 1920.  Friedman was the great theorist of
cryptanalysis - he turned cryptanalysis from guessing to number
crunching, Broke the Japanese "Purple" cypher during WWII, more
or less founded NSA, etc.
