I had a 33KSR as a console device for my Altair 8080 some 42 years ago. Don’t have the 33, but still have the Altair and an IMSAI as well.

His S100 website is at http://s100computers.com/index.html
The new boards are listed at http://s100computers.com/My%20System%20Index%20Page.htm
Some of the boards he and others have designed that are currently available are at https://retrobrewcomputers.org/doku.php?id=boardinventory
He's for real and interested in getting an ASR33 to use as a console device on an S-100 system.
Todd
Disclaimer - I stock some of the boards he and others have designed and try to make them available at cost.

Since the website for vitasoft.org <http://vitasoft.org> say nothing about where, it would be helpful to let at least me know where ?
Maybe I'm got the URL wrong but there was nothing about S-100 and anything else.
Am I missing something ? Another website perhaps ?

Wanted, ASR33 Teletype to go to Good Home.
Please respond to John Monahan, a very active creator of modern S-100 boards.
He has put modern processors up to the 486 onto the S-100 bus.
He can be reached at:

Thanks,

Subject: Re: [GreenKeys] ITTY URL ?
Richard,
I have heard people have used a cable to connect up the out jack to the in jack. I’m not sure if they are talking about line out/line in, speaker out/mic in, or some combination.
In the mac world there is a fantastic software product called soundflower that does all this in software. Maybe there is a soundflower equivalent for windows.
Glad to hear you like the ITTY feed.

Have been looking at this using MMTTY on my laptop. No way to connect the output to input (that I can find out how to do) so have it on speakers and drive MMTTY with the built-in mic. Works fine. I do not (yet) have a real mechanical TT. Nonetheless there is something absolutely fascinating about seeing the computer print out the messages. Many years ago I had a friend at a radio station and hung out there. I loved to watch the news wire machines clacking out the news. This has something of the same feel without the noise and oil smell. Not complete without those.
