[GreenKeys] ITTY URL ?

I have been a bit inactive recently on teletype matters.

I thought I would try and make sure my machines are still working but am 
a little confused.

This service detailed below is on a new URL, translating to 73.95.190.30 
and I see that the system is under new management as the result of 
persons retiring etc?

I expect this has been asked before too, and I have missed it. But I 
wonder if its a good time to ask if there could be an Autostart version 
of the Greenwich channel?
