Beside the missing key caps, looks to me that everything else is there. It's definitely a good candidate for a restauration project. Pretty sure that someone here on the list can provide you with a new set of caps.

Alf,

That’s a Teletype Model 14 strip printer or maybe a Western Union 2B (made
by Teletype). The 2B printed on 3/8-inch gummed tape. That machine’s
tape appears to be around ½ inch(?).

Looks like all of the key caps and the space bar are missing.
